Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé, un dispositif et un kit pour la préparation de prp. La présente invention concerne un dispositif médical (100) comprenant une première poche de sang (101) pour collecter le sang total d'un patient et une seconde poche de sang (109) pour séparer une fraction de plasma riche en plaquettes (prp), une entrée de sang total (102) étant prévue à une première extrémité (1011) de la première poche de sang (101) et une sortie de première poche de sang (103) étant prévue à une seconde extrémité de la première poche de sang (101); une sortie de concentré globulaire (105) et une sortie de plasma (106) sont raccordées à la sortie de la première poche de sang (103); un premier tuyau en plastique souple (107) raccorde la sortie de plasma (106) à une entrée de plasma (108) prévue à une première extrémité (1091) de la seconde poche de sang (109); une sortie de seconde poche de sang (111) est située à une seconde extrémité de la seconde poche de sang (109).
