Abstract

La présente invention concerne un dispositif dans lequel une plante cultivée est cultivée dans un environnement au moins sensiblement exempt de lumière du jour, la plante cultivée étant exposée dans un espace de culture au moins sensiblement complètement climatisé (10) à une lumière artificielle actinique provenant d'un réseau de sources de lumière artificielle (30) présentes dans l'espace de culture. Pendant un cycle de culture, une sortie de puissance des sources de lumière artificielle (30) est adaptée à une absorption d'énergie d'une partie de la plante cultivée (50) éclairée, de telle sorte que la plante cultivée à proximité de chaque source de lumière du réseau de sources de lumière artificielle est soumise à un déficit de vapeur au moins sensiblement constant et au moins sensiblement mutuellement égal.
