Abstract
La présente invention concerne de nouveaux dérivés des sulfonamides de formules (i) ou (ii) leurs procédés de synthèse et leur utilisation en thérapeutique pour le traitement de pathologies proliférative notamment les cancers. Plus particulièrement, la présente invention porte sur la synthèse de nouvelles molécules présentant des propriétés biologiques en particulier pour le traitement des cancers et plus spécifiquement le cancer du sien triple négatif. Dans la présente invention de nouveaux composés de formules (i) ou (ii) ont été synthétisés ensuite leurs activités cytotoxiques in vitro et in vivo ont été évaluées sur cancer du sein triple négatif mda-mb-468.
