L'invention concerne plus précisément des anticorps monoclonaux se liant spécifiquement à gitr. L'invention concerne également un acide nucléique codant pour cet anticorps ou un fragment de liaison d'antigène de celui-ci, un vecteur d'expression, un procédé de production d'un anticorps et l'utilisation d'un anticorps pour traiter des maladies ou des troubles associés aux gitr.
