Abstract
Les modes de réalisation de la présente invention concernent des procédés et un intermédiaire de préparation à grande échelle d'hémisuccinate de 2,4,6-trifluoro-N-[6-(1-méthylpipéridine-4-carbonyl)-2-pyridyl]benzamide, et des formulations et formes de produits fabriquées par ces procédés. Les modes de réalisation de la présente invention concernent également la préparation d'acétate de lasmiditan, d'un sel d'acétate de 2,4,6-trifluoro-N-[6-(1-méthylpipéridine-4-carbonyl)-2-pyridyl]benzamide, et/ou leurs compositions pharmaceutiques, et/ou des utilisations de l'acétate de lasmiditan et des formulations de ce dernier dans l'administration sous-cutanée de médicament.
