Abstract

Afin d'obtenir un contenant en papier qui permet d'ouvrir facilement le contenant en papier et de retirer définitivement la section d'extrémité supérieure d'un panneau de section de corps de celui-ci lors de l'ouverture du contenant en papier tout en éliminant le risque de torsion de la forme de celui-ci lors de la formation du contenant en papier, la présente invention : établit des points de référence 40 sur le panneau de section de corps côté ouverture 7, qui est relié par une ligne de pliage horizontale de section supérieure 25 au panneau de formation de pignon côté ouverture 23, de telle sorte que lesdits points de référence 40 sont séparés d'au moins 3 mm à partir des intersections 39 entre les sections d'extrémité de la ligne de pliage horizontale de section supérieure 25 et les sections d'extrémité des lignes de pliage verticales de section de corps 3, 4 des deux côtés dudit panneau de section de corps 7, et sont situés le long desdites lignes de pliage verticales de section de corps 3, 4 ; forme une première ligne de pliage auxiliaire incurvée faisant face vers le bas 43, dont les sections d'extrémité 41, 42 sont positionnées de façon à relier les points de référence 40 ou des positions proches desdits points de référence 40 le long des lignes de pliage verticales de section de corps 3, 4 ou séparées des lignes de pliage verticales de section de corps 3, 4 et non supérieures auxdits points de référence 40 dans la direction de la hauteur ; et sépare les sections d'extrémité 41, 42 de la première ligne de pliage auxiliaire 43, ce qui relie des positions à proximité desdits points de référence 40 le long des lignes de pliage verticales de section de corps 3, 4 ou séparées des lignes de pliage verticales de section de corps 3, 4 et pas plus haut que lesdits points de référence 40 dans la direction de la hauteur, d'au moins 3 mm à partir des intersections 39 et pas plus de 20 % de la longueur de la ligne de pliage horizontale de section supérieure 25.
