Abstract
La présente invention concerne de nouveaux procédés et une composition pharmaceutique ou des médicaments décrits pour la protection d'un sujet contre, ou le traitement d'un sujet souffrant de, une maladie caractérisée par l'infection virale et/ou des maladies associées à un trouble du système immunitaire et/ou des cancers d'origine virale, en élevant les niveaux de ksp37 dans le plasma sanguin du sujet à un niveau de concentration thérapeutiquement efficace. Selon l'invention, une quantité thérapeutiquement efficace d'un ou plusieurs parmi : une protéine ksp37 cliniquement modifiée ou génétiquement modifiée et/ou des protéines ayant un poids moléculaire situé dans la plage s'étendant de 24 kda à 45 kda, et/ou un vecteur codé avec un gène ksp37 qui sera traduit en une protéine ksp37 et/ou des protéines ayant un poids moléculaire situé dans la plage s'étendant de 24 kda à 45 kda, et/ou un composé polaire sont administrés à un sujet.
