Abstract

La présente divulgation concerne un produit à base de ouate de cellulose, tel que du papier toilette ou de l'essuie-tout. Le produit à base de ouate de cellulose comprend au moins trois plis incluant un pli supérieur et un pli inférieur en guise de plis les plus à l'extérieur, et un pli interne situé entre le pli supérieur et le pli inférieur. Un poids de base du produit à base de ouate de cellulose se trouve dans une plage de 30 à 150, éventuellement de 30 à 100 g/m2, ou de 35 à 80 g/m2, ou de 40 à 65 g/m2. Le pli supérieur est gaufré avec au moins deux types de reliefs comprenant des premiers reliefs présentant une première hauteur et des seconds reliefs présentant une seconde hauteur, la première hauteur étant supérieure à la seconde hauteur, et le plis inférieur étant gaufré. Le pli interne et le pli supérieur sont collés au plis inférieur au niveau de pointes des premiers reliefs avec un adhésif, tel qu'une colle de contre-collage, ou le pli interne, le pli supérieur et le pli inférieur sont collés entre eux par liaison mécanique. Le pli supérieur et/ou le pli inférieur ont été gaufrés par un rouleau de gaufrage chauffé.
