Abstract
La présente invention concerne un matériau de construction comprenant des algues ou des plantes aquatiques mortes broyées et un liant d'origine végétale, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend une solution aqueuse d'un acide organique. L'utilisation d'une solution aqueuse d'un acide organique améliore les propriétés mécaniques du matériau et, d'autre part, agit comme agent antimicrobien. Le matériau de construction de la présente invention peut être utilisé pour fabriquer des pièces préfabriquées pour des bâtiments modulaires ou comme biociment pour sceller les joints et comme fixateur.
