Abstract

Un dispositif (100) et une méthode de torsion de conducteurs individuels (11, 12) autour d'un axe de torsion (V) pour former un faisceau de conducteurs (10) le long d'un axe d'extension (A) sont fournis. Le dispositif (100) comprend des unités rotatives individuelles espacées (41, 42) pour maintenir séparément les extrémités des conducteurs (15, 16) à une extrémité des conducteurs individuels (11, 12), une unité de torsion (30) pour maintenir et tordre les extrémités des conducteurs à l'autre extrémité des conducteurs individuels (11, 12), et un dispositif de guidage (35) auquel est fixé un mandrin de guidage (360) pour séparer au moins partiellement les conducteurs individuels 11, 12 au cours d'un processus de torsion au moyen de l'unité de torsion dans une zone de transition entre une zone non torsadée et une zone torsadée. Le dispositif de guidage (35) comprend en outre un élément de mouvement (355) pour déplacer le mandrin de guidage (360) d'une position de départ vers une position déplacée dans laquelle le mandrin de guidage est déplacé dans l'axe de torsion (V) ; et un élément de verrouillage (353) pour maintenir le mandrin de guidage (360) dans la position déplacée hors de l'axe de torsion (V).
