Abstract
L'invention concerne une huile végétale imprégnée qui contient du lycopène et des terpènes provenant de sources naturelles et qui se caractérise par une stabilité et des propriétés biologiques élevées. Ladite huile végétale imprégnée est enrichie en lycopène par deux méthodes : Une méthode de solubilisation directe, dans laquelle l'huile végétale imprégnée, aromatisée et/ou parfumée, contenant des terpènes, constitue un solvant vert à fort pouvoir solubilisant pour l'extraction et/ou la solubilisation du lycopène. Une méthode de dissolution indirecte, dans laquelle un extrait pur et stable de lycopène contenant des terpènes, obtenu par extraction sélective de pelures de tomate avec le solvant éthano-terpénique, constitue l'agent d'imprégnation de l'huile végétale. Lhuile végétale imprégnée riche en lycopène de la présente invention est dotée dune biodisponibilité et dattributs nutritionnels améliorés, dune capacité antioxydante naturelle, dune odeur et dune saveur spéciales, dune longue durée de conservation et est utile pour la fabrication de produits nutraceutiques, cosmétiques, pharmaceutiques ou alimentaires.
