Abstract
La présente invention concerne un équipement de prétraitement et de recyclage efficace pour des batteries usagées, comprenant une plaque de base, un dispositif de recyclage, un dispositif de distribution et un dispositif de traitement. Le fond du dispositif de distribution est monté à demeure sur une extrémité de la partie supérieure de la plaque de base. Dans la présente invention, grâce aux ensembles de fixation et au dispositif de recyclage, une pompe d'aspiration peut aspirer la suspension et l'électrolyte des batteries vers le bas, de manière à provoquer leur chute ; en outre, un ensemble d'entraînement peut permettre à la suspension et à l'électrolyte des batteries d'être rapidement acheminés vers le dispositif de traitement pour y être traités ; ainsi, l'efficacité du recyclage des batteries usagées est améliorée, une phase liquide de N-méthylpyrrolidone est recyclée, les gaz de décomposition et les gaz toxiques volatils produits par l'électrolyte ne sont pas rejetés rapidement à l'extérieur, et la pollution de l'environnement est évitée. Grâce au dispositif de traitement, la phase solide d'un matériau d'électrode positive est soumise à un traitement de calcination à haute température au sommet d'un disque rotatif de calcination, puis broyée en poudre par des lames de broyage, et enfin la poudre atteint un cylindre de lixiviation acide pour un traitement de recyclage par lixiviation acide ; ainsi, divers éléments métalliques dans les matériaux de suspension d'électrode positive sont recyclés, et le taux de recyclage est élevé.
