Abstract

La présente invention concerne de nouveaux composés de formule (I) et des compositions pharmaceutiques contenant ces composés. Les composés de formule (I) peut agir en tant qu'inhibiteurs de kinase induisant NF-κB (NIK) et, en particulier, peut induire la dégradation intracellulaire de NIK, ce qui rend ces composés très avantageux pour une utilisation en thérapie, y compris pour le traitement ou la prévention du cancer, de maladies inflammatoires et de maladies auto-immunes.
