Abstract

Invenţia se referă la domeniul fotografiei cu semiconductori fără de argint şi poate fi utilizată în holografie, micro- şi optoelectronică.Mediul de imprimare pentru înregistrarea hologramelor este fabricat din substrat semiconductor cu compoziţia arsen-seleniu dopat cu staniu la raportul componentelor, % at.: arsen 36,87…58,66, seleniu 39,25…61,16, staniu 0,15…4,89. Pentru asigurarea parametrilor indicaţi procesul de evaporare are loc astfel încât raportul dintre masa materialului evaporat m şi masa materialului încărcat mo să fie exprimat prin relaţia m/mo?3/4, totodată depunerea substratului se efectuează cu viteza v, care se află în limitele 8,0?v?12,0 nm/s.
