Abstract
Invenţia se referă la medicină, în special la chirurgia plastică, şi este destinată tratamentului complicaţiilor de fracturi (consolidare întârziată sau incorectă, pseudoartroze, osteomielită posttraumatică), plăgilor atone, ulcerelor trofice şi a diverselor maladii ale sistemului osteoarticular, însoţite de procese degenerative.Remediul propus conţine cultură tisulară primară obţinută din embrioni de pasăre, de exemplu, de găină sau prepeliţă, din ziua a 9-12-a a perioadei de incubare şi supernatantul obţinut la separarea culturii tisulare, în raportul componentelor respectiv de 1.0:1.5…1.0:3.0.
