Abstract

Invenţia se referă la industria alimentară, şi anume la procedeul de obţinere a produsului de desert conservat pe baza prunelor uscate.Procedeul propus include umplerea prunelor uscate umectate fără sâmburi cu miez de nucă, aşezarea lor într-un recipient, turnarea siropului, ce conţine alcool, la temperatura de 75…107°C, cu concentraţia substanţelor uscate solubile de 66…74% determinate refractometric, şi închiderea ermetică.Rezultatul invenţiei constă în reducerea posibilităţii zaharisirii produsului în timpul păstrării lui.
