Abstract
The invention relates to the food industry, namely to the production of fruit juices.Summary of the invention consists in the fact that obtaining of blended apple-hip juice is carried out by extraction of juice with distilled water at the temperature of 65…70°C from the dehydrated hip and treatment of the obtained mass with ultrasound of low frequency (25…40) 103 Hz and a density of (3,0…5,0) 10-6 W/m3. After blending of the extracted hip juice with the apple juice, the blending is clarified by filtration prior to the introduction of the sugar syrup.The result of the invention consists in the hip juice complete extraction and in obtaining clarified blended juice.
