Abstract

Inventia se refera la tehnologia de confectionarea elementelor electronice in radioelectronica, tehnica masurarii, tehnica de calcul etc. si poate fi utilizata in fabricarea microbobinelor bobinatedin fibre optice, microfir izolat etc. Procedeul de confectionare a bobinelor fara carcasa din fir,de exemplu, microfir conductor in izolatie de sticla, consta in debobinarea microfirului de pe bobina condusa si bobinarea lui pe o carcasa metalica incalzita preventiv. In calitate de carcasa se utilizeaza o tija metalica cu coeficientul termic de dilatare liniara mai mare decat coeficientul termic de dilatare liniara a izolatiei firului bobinat.Tija-carcasa se incalzeste cu curent electric ce trece prin ea.The invention relates to the technology of making electronic elements in radio electronics, measurement technique, calculation technique, etc. and can be used in the manufacture of optical fiber coil microbubbles, insulated microfire, etc. The process of making the coils without the wire casing, for example, conductive microfire in glass insulation, consists in undoing the microfire on the driven coil and winding it on a preventively heated metal casing.
