Abstract
The invention relates to the technology for manufacturing of electroelements in the radio electronics, measuring and computer engineering, other fields of engineering, and may be used in manufacturing microcoils of fibre-optic threads, insulated microwire etc.The process for manufacturing coils of insulated wire, for example, glass-insulated current-conducting microwire, consists in the microwire unwinding from the driven coil and winding thereof onto a preliminarily heated metal spool. As spool it is used a metal rod with the thermal coefficient of linear expansion greater than the thermal coefficient of linear expansion of the winding wire insulation. The spool is heated preliminarily and for the space of the entire winding process with electric current passed through it.
