Abstract

Prezenta invenţie se referă la polipropilenă pentru producerea de pelicule, în special pelicule de polipropilenă biaxial orientată (BOPP). Polipropilena, conform invenţiei, îndeplineşte următoarele caracteristici: distribuţia greutăţii moleculare - MWD în intervalul de la 4,5 la 8,5; conţinutul de fracţie cristalină cu punct de topire peste 178℃, determinat prin metoda de separare izotermă în etape SSA, nu mai mare de 3,5%; indicele de curgere la topire - MFI 230℃/2,16 kg, de la 3,0 la 4,0 g/10 min. Caracteristicile structurale ale polipropilenei revendicate permit obţinerea de pelicule BOPP la o viteză de procesare de peste 430 m/min fără apariţia rupturilor peliculei. Invenţia se referă, de asemenea, la o metodă de obţinere a polipropilenei utilizând tehnologia suspensiei într-un mediu de solvent hidrocarbonat. Polipropilena obţinută prin intermediul acestei tehnologii este caracterizată printr-un set de proprietăţi necesare pentru producerea din aceasta a unor pelicule BOPP cu caracteristici fizice şi mecanice de înaltă calitate şi indicatori optici. În plus, invenţia se referă la o compoziţie care conţine polipropilenă conform invenţiei şi pelicule BOPP, cel puţin un strat din acestea conţinând polipropilenă conform invenţiei. Peliculele conform invenţiei pot fi utilizate pentru producerea de ambalaje, inclusiv ambalaje pentru produse alimentare, benzi adezive, pelicule metalizate etc.
