Invenţia se referă la înregistrarea informaţiei pe purtători fototermoplastici şi electronografici.Stratul fotosensibil pentru purtători de informaţie, care este constituit din soluţie dură de sulfură şi selenură de arseniu, precum şi bismut, în următorul raport, % mas.:As2S3 79,2 ... 93,5As2Se3 5,0 ... 20,0Bi 0,8 ... 1,5 .Rezultatul invenţiei constă în majorarea sensibilităţii stratului fotosensibil al purtătorului de informaţie în domeniul ultraviolet al spectrului.
