Abstract

The invention refers to medicine, namely to hepatosurgery, and may be used for plasty of biliary ducts opened as a result of removal of the hepatic Echinococcus.Summary of the method consists in carrying out the right subcostal laparotomy simultaneously with the formation of an autodermic graft, examination of the liver segments with detection of the hydatid cyst. After mobilization the cyst is opened, there are removed the liquid, the hydatid sand and the germinal membrane, afterwards there are treated the walls of the formed cavity. The autodermic graft is treated and comminuted up to fractions of 1…2 mm with the formation of a homogeneous mass, which is applied onto the cavity bottom in the detection regions of the biliary communicating ducts and it is fixed with fibrinous adhesive. Then it is carried out the definitive hemostasis and layer-by-layer suture of the wound.
