Abstract
Invenţia se referă la medicină, şi anume la hepatochirurgie, şi poate fi folosită pentru plastia canalelor biliare deschise în urma înlăturării echinococului hepatic.Esenţa metodei constă în efectuarea laparotomiei subcostale pe dreapta concomitent cu formarea unui lambou autodermal, examinarea segmentelor ficatului cu depistarea chistului hidatic. După mobilizare chistul se deschide, se înlătură lichidul, nisipul hidatic şi membrana germinativă, după care se tratează pereţii cavităţii formate. Lamboul autodermal se prelucrează şi se mărunţeşte până la fracţii de 1...2 mm cu formarea unei mase omogene, care se aplică pe fundul cavităţii în regiunile canalelor biliare comunicante şi se fixează cu adeziv fibrinic. Apoi se efectuează hemostaza definitivă şi suturarea plăgii pe straturi.
