Abstract

The invention refers to medicine, namely to the plastic surgery.Summary of the invention consists in that it is determined the anatomical arrangements of the superior gluteal artery, there are marked the limits of the cutaneous gluteal flap, the latter is separated from the muscles, there are separated in a single unit the perforating vessels together with the subcutaneous celluloadipose tissue and the fascia, at the same time it is dissected the superior gluteal artery. Consequently or concomitantly it is prepared the defect region, wherein it is moved the cutaneous flap and its margins are sutured with the skin, and the donor region is sutured.
