Abstract

Изобретение относится к медицине, а именно к пластической хирургии.Сущность изобретения заключается в том, что определяют анатомическое расположение верхней ягодичной артерии, маркируют границы кожного ягодичного лоскута, препарируют его от мышц, выделяют единым блоком перфорирующие сосуды вместе с подкожно-жировой клетчаткой и фасцией, при этом пересекают верхнюю ягодичную артерию. Последовательно или одновременно подготавливают область дефекта, куда перемещают кожный лоскут и сшивают его края с кожей, а донорскую зону ушивают.
