Invenţia se referă la microbiologie, în particular la o tulpină de fungi care poate fi utilizată în industria microbiologică pentru obţinerea enzimelor lipolitice.Tulpina de fungi Rhizopus arrhizus Fischer 67, producătoare de enzime lipolitice, este depozitată în Colecţia Naţională de Microorganisme Nepatogene la Institutul de Microbiologie al AŞRM cu numărul de înregistrare CNMN FD 03.Tulpina se caracterizează printr-o activitate lipolitică înaltă şi durată scurtă de cultivare.
