Abstract

The invention relates to the food industry, in particular to devices for cutting of food products.The device for cutting of food products contains mounted onto the frame: a loading bin with pusher, a cutting tool horizontally mounted under the bin, equipped with notching knives, placed thereon tangential to the circumferences formed by different radiuses and by the arch-shaped cutting off knife. Novelty consists in that the device additionally contains a bearing plate mounted onto the frame under the bin and a notching tool made in the form of a longitudinal plate, which is fixed onto the axle, mounted onto the frame, kinematically joined with the axle of the cutting tool, provided with notching knives placed onto the longitudinal plate tangential to the circumferences formed by different radiuses and with guide bulges made onto its lateral edge, which are placed into concentric canals, made onto the bearing plate in accordance with the placement of the knives. The cutting tool is made in the form rotary semi-disk, the cutting off knife - in the form of cutting edge onto one of its radial parts, the notching knives, placed into concentric channels made onto the bearing plate in accordance with their placement, are uniformly placed in a row, in the region adjacent to the cutting edge, and onto the other radial part of the semi-disk there is made a radial bulge. The device is additionally provided with a stop, mounted with the possibility of swinging and kinematically joined with a cam, fixed onto the axle of the cutting tool. The stop is made in the form of a comb, the cuts placement of which corresponds to the placement of the notching knives of the cutting tool.
