Abstract
Invenţia se referă la substanţele heterociclice, şi în special, la obţinerea derivaţilor 5-haloindienoizotiazol-3(2H)-on-1,1dioxizilor sau a sărurilor lor acide aditive farmaceutic suportabile cu formula:în care R reprezintă haloid cu activitate anxiolitică, ceea ce poate fi utilizat în medicină. Scopul invenţiei constă în obţinerea substanţelor noi mai active din clasa indicată. Sinteza se realizează prin reacţia 1-(2-pirimidinil) piperazinei cu compusul cu formula:în care X reprezintă haloid, în mediul dimetilformamidei absolute la temperatura de 60°C timp de 45 minute, eliminând ulterior produsul cu destinaţie specială în stare liberă sau în stare liberă sau în stare de sare necesară. Substanţele noi sunt puţin toxice (mai mult de 2000 mg/kg) şi au o acţiune puternică antiolitică.
