The invention refers to the alcoholic beverage industry, in particular, to balsam composition.The balsam, according to the invention, contains per 1000dal of finished product: hydroalcoholic solution from vegetable raw material 700…1000 L, alcoholized sweet cherry juice 3500…5000 L, alcoholized sour cherry juice 150…300 L, treated red dessert wine stock 200…500 L, hydroalcoholic ginseng infusion 1,0…4,0 L, hydroalcoholic prune infusion 60,0…80,0 L, hydroalcohoic cinnamon infusion 14,0…17,0 L, caramel 200…500 L, vanillin (1:10) 3,0…7,0 L, citric acid 0,5…07 kg, ascorbic acid 0,8…2,0 kg, rose oil (1:10) 0,5…3,0 L, hydroalcoholic solution of high-treatment ethyl alcohol rectificate and softened water the rest, up to the strength of 40,0±0,5 vol. %.The result consists in obtaining a balsam with increased content of biologically active substances and high organoleptic properties using the autochthonous raw material.
