Abstract
The invention refers to the alcoholic beverage industry, in particular to a balsam.The balsam, according to the invention, contains hydroalcoholic macerate of vegetal raw material: aboveground part of common marjoram and St. John's wort, sweet flag calamus rhizomes, liquorice root, leuzea carthamoides root and rhizomes, wild rose hips, corn stigmata, as well as the ingredients: dessert red wine with the strength of 16% vol., caramel, citric acid, sugar and hydroalcoholic solution; at the same time the vegetal raw material and the ingredients are taken in the following ratio for 1000 L of finished product, in kg: aboveground part of common marjoram 0,25…0,35, aboveground part of St. John's wort 0,55…0,77, sweet flag calamus rhizomes 0,050…0,075, liquorice root 0,85…1,15, leuzea carthamoides root and rhizomes 0,51…0,71, wild rose hips 0,55…0,74, corn stigmata 0,04…0,06, caramel 8,50…11,50, citric acid 0,07…0,11, sugar 68,30…89,80, in L: dessert red wine with the strength of 16% vol. 221…299, hydroalcoholic solution the rest, up to the strength of 42,0±0,5 vol.
