Abstract
Invenţia se referă la un procedeu de extragere a argintului din materialele fotografice uzate şi poate fi utilizată în industria, care foloseşte materiale ce conţin argint.Esenţa invenţiei constă în faptul că procedeul include tratarea materialelor fotografice uzate cu soluţie bazică de hipoclorit de sodiu 20...40% la temperatura de 30...50ºC, dizolvarea sedimentului obţinut cu amestec de peroxid de hidrogen 30...40% şi acid azotic concentrat într-un raport volumic de (2...3):1, respectiv, interacţiunea cu clorură de sodiu sau cu sulfat de amoniu cu formarea sedimentului de clorură de argint sau de sulfat de argint şi reducerea electrochimică ulterioară a argintului.Reducerea electrochimică a argintului se efectuează din electrolitul, care se obţine la dizolvarea clorurii de argint cu hexacianoferat de potasiu, la fierbere în mediu bazic, cu introducerea suplimentară în electrolit a carbonatului de potasiu, în următorul raport al componenţilor, g/l:clorură de argint 10...20hexacianoferat de potasiu 30...50carbonat de potasiu 20...30,la temperatura de 20...30ºC şi densitatea catodică a curentului de 1...1,5 Α/dm2, sau din electrolitul, care se obţine la dizolvarea la fierbere a sulfatului de argint cu tiosulfat de sodiu, cu introducerea suplimentară în electrolit a sulfatului de sodiu, în următorul raport al componenţilor, g/l:sulfat de argint 30...40tiosulfat de sodiu 300...400sulfat de sodiu 20...30,la temperatura de 20...30ºC pe electrozi poroşi în flux cu viteza de 3...5 m/min şi densitatea catodică a curentului de 100...150 A/dm2.
