Abstract
Inventia se refera la constructia masinilor hidraulice si anume la perfectionarea motoarelor electrice ale pompelor electrice ermetice pentru pomparea lichidelor. Pompa electrica ermetica contine un corp 1, in care este amplasat cu formarea unui canal inelar de refulare un stator 2, pe partile exterioara si interioara ale caruia sunt instalate coaxial mansoane 3 si 4 cu peretii subtiri, marginilecarora sunt plasate dupa limitele lui. In cavitatea rotorului formata de mansonul interior 3 este montat coaxial arborele 5, instalat in lagare, fiecare incluzand o bucsa 6 si un cuzinet 7, totodata pe arbore 5 este montat un rotor 8 si un impulsor 9. Noutatea consta in aceea ca lagarele sunt montate in cavitatea rotorului astfel incat bucsele 6 lagarelor sunt instalate rigid in mansonul interior3. Suprafetele frontale interioare ale fiecarui lagar sunt amplasate strans la fiecare parte frontala a rotorului 8. Partile frontale exterioare ale lagarelor si marginile mansoanelor 3 si 4 sunt amplasate la acelasi nivel si sunt inchise cu capace 11. Spatiul cilindric format intre mansoane 3 si 4este etansat din ambele parti.The invention relates to the construction of hydraulic machines, namely to the improvement of electric motors of hermetic electric pumps for pumping liquids. The hermetic electric pump contains a body 1, in which it is located with the formation of an annular discharge channel a stator 2, on the outer and inner parts of which are coaxially installed sleeves 3 and 4 with thin walls, the edges of which are placed within its limits. In the rotor cavity formed by the inner sleeve 3 is mounted coaxially the shaft 5, installed in the bearings, each including a bush 6 and a bearing 7, at the same time on the shaft 5 is mounted a rotor 8 and an impeller 9. The novelty is that the bearings are mounted in the rotor cavity so that the 6 bearing bushes are rigidly installed in the inner sleeve3. The inner front surfaces of each bearing are tightly located on each front of the rotor 8. The outer fronts of the bearings and the edges of sleeves 3 and 4 are located at the same level and are closed with caps 11. The cylindrical space formed between sleeves 3 and 4 is sealed from both sides.
