Abstract
Inventia se refera la constructia masinilor, si anume la constructia pompelor. Pompa electrica ermetica centrifuga, conform primei variante, include un corp 1, care este dotat cu un capac 13 cu orificiu si cu racorduri de aspiratie 4 si de refulare 5. In corpul 1 sunt amplasati un impulsor 3 montatpe arbore 2 si un motor electric 6, in alezarea statorului 8 caruia este amplasat un manson de ermetizare 9, care separa statorul 8 de cavitatea 10 rotorului 7, care este montat pe arborele 2 instalat in subansamblurile lagarelor, fiecare incluzand o bucsa cilindrica 11 si un lagar 12. Noutatea consta in aceea ca bucsele cilindrice 11 ale subansamblurilor lagarelor sunt executate elastice, totodata, fiecare dintre ele este amplasata in cavitatea10 rotorului 7, astfel incat suprafata ei exterioara laterala contacteaza cu suprafata interioara laterala a mansonului de ermetizare 9, iar suprafata ei interioara laterala – cu suprafata laterala exterioara a lagarului 12. Conform variantei a doua, in orificiul capacului 13 este montat un stut 14, iar cavitatea 10 rotorului 7 este umpluta cu lichid, diferit sau identic cu cel pompat.The invention relates to the construction of cars, namely to the construction of pumps. The hermetic centrifugal electric pump, according to the first embodiment, includes a body 1, which is provided with a lid 13 with an orifice and with suction connections 4 and a discharge 5. In the body 1 there is placed an impeller 3 mounted shaft 2 and an electric motor 6 , in the bore of the stator 8 to which a hermetic sleeve 9 is located, which separates the stator 8 from the cavity 10 of the rotor 7, which is mounted on the shaft 2 installed in the bearing assemblies, each including a cylindrical bush 11 and a bearing 12. The novelty consists in that that the cylindrical bushes 11 of the bearing assemblies are made elastic, at the same time, each of them is located in the cavity 10 of the rotor 7, so that its outer outer surface contacts the inner inner surface of the hermetic sleeve 9, and its inner inner surface - with the outer lateral surface of the bearing 12. According to the second embodiment, in the hole of the cover 13 is mounted a rod 14, and the cavity 10 of the rotor 7 it is filled with liquid, different or identical to the pumped one.
