Abstract

Invenţia se referă la purtătorii de informaţie pentru înregistrarea imaginilor cu fascicul de electroni şi poate fi utilizată în holografie şi alte domenii ale tehnicii moderne în calitate de rezist electronic.Purtătorul de informaţie pentru înregistrare cu fascicul de electroni conţine un suport de polietilentereftalat acoperit cu un strat electroconductor (SnO2, Cr, Ni) şi un strat de polimer carbazolic cu un adaos de 10…12% de triiodometan. Totodată stratul de polimer carbazolic este confecţionat din copolimeri carbazolilalchil-metacrilat-metilmetacrilat cu un conţinut de carbazolilalchil-metacrilat de 20…40 mol %.
