Abstract

Inventia se refera la purtatorii de informatie pentru inregistrarea imaginilor cu fascicul de electroni si poate fi utilizata in holografie si alte domenii ale tehnicii moderne in calitate de electronorezist. Purtatorul de informatie consta dintr-unstrat polimeric electronosensibil confectionat din copolimeri carbazolilalchilmetacrilat cu metilmetacrilat cu un continut de 20...40 mol % de carbazolilalchilmetacrilat si cu adaos de 10...12% triiodmetan. Copolimerii se obtin prin transeterificarea polimetilmetacrilatului cu hidroxialchilcarbazolin prezenta catalizatorilor acizi sau prin polimerizarea radicala a monomerilor carbazolilalchilmetacrilat si metilmetacrilat.Rezultatul consta in elaborarea unui purtator de informatie ce permite inregistrarea imaginilor holografice cu eficienta dedifractie de 8...10%.
