Abstract

Invenţia se referă la biotehnologie, în special la cultivarea submersă a tulpinii de drojdie Rhodotorula gracilis CNMN-Y-03 şi poate fi utilizată în industria microbiologică pentru obţinerea pigmenţilor carotinoidici.Procedeul, conform invenţiei, include creşterea culturii de drojdie pe malţ-agar, tratarea culturii de drojdie cu unde milimetrice de intensitate joasă cu λ=5,6 mm emise în regim periodic timp de 15…20 min, pregătirea suspensiei de spori prin spălarea culturii de drojdie cu apă distilată, pregătirea inoculului prin cultivarea suspensiei de spori pe must de bere timp de 72 de ore şi introducerea inoculului în cantitatea de 5% vol. în mediul nutritiv care conţine, g/L:KH2PO4-1,0; NaCl-0,5; MgSO4·7H2O-0,5; CaCl2-1,0; Fe2SO4·7H2O-0,00003; glicerină - 40,0; melasă - 20,0; ulei de porumb - 1,0; apă potabilă până la 1 L şi cultivarea submersă în condiţii de agitare continuă, iluminare de 12…15 mii erg/cm², temperatură de 25…27°C, timp de 96 ore.Rezultatul constă în sporirea conţinutului de pigmenţi carotinoidici şi în micşorarea duratei de cultivare.
