Abstract
Invenţia se referă la tehnologia electronică şi poate fi utilizată pentru confecţionarea termoelectrozilor pentru convertizoare termoelectrice.Termoelectrodul este executat din material semiconductor anizotrop în formă de fir în izolaţie de sticlă. Totodată firul este confecţionat din telur dopat cu staniu în proporţie de 0,1…0,3% at.
