Abstract
Inventia se refera la medicina, in special la neurochirurgie, vertebrologie, traumatologie si ortopedie si poate fi utilizata pentru tratamentul displaziilor discurilor intervertebrale la copii. Esenta inventiei consta in aceea ca se efectueaza interventia chirurgicala in pozitia pacientului pe abdomen cu o rotire de 20…30o in decubit dorsal pe partea opusa, apoi in regiunea paravertebrala se efectueaza o incizie transversala. Se efectueazaincizia fasciei muschilor superficiali ai spatelui, se deplaseaza in parti muschii superficiali si profunzi ai spatelui, fara incizia lor si se determina localizarea discului afectat, apoi, dupa mobilizarea lui din ambele parti de la ligamente, se introduce prin discul afectat in partea lui posterioara in plan transversal un dispozitiv din titan,care este format doua placi unite intre ele in forma de T, placa de o lungime mai mare are grosimea de 4…6 mm, capatul liber al ei avand o margine taietoare. La capetele celeilalte placi este executata cate o gaura strapunsa. Dupa introducerea dispozitivului, capatul liber al placii cu lungimea mai mare se taie la nivelul corpului vertebrei,iar cu ajutorul gaurilor strapunse ale placii mentionate dispozitivul se fixeaza cu suruburi de corpurile vertebrelor. Apoi plaga se sutureaza pe straturi. The invention relates to medicine, especially to neurosurgery, vertebrology, traumatology and orthopedics and can be used for the treatment of intervertebral disc dysplasia in children. The essence of the invention consists in that the surgery is performed in the position of the patient on the abdomen with a rotation of 20 ... 30o in dorsal decubitus on the opposite side, then in the paravertebral region a transverse incision is made. The superficial muscle fascia of the back is performed, the superficial and deep muscles of the back are moved in parts, without their incision and the location of the affected disc is determined, then, after mobilizing it from both sides of the ligaments, it is inserted through the affected disc in its posterior part. transversely a titanium device, which is formed by two plates joined together in the form of a T, the larger plate has a thickness of 4 ... 6 mm, its free end having a cutting edge. At the ends of the other plate is executed a hole through a hole. After the insertion of the device, the free end of the plate with the longer length is cut at the level of the vertebral body, and with the holes through the mentioned plate the device is fixed with screws by the vertebral bodies. Then the wound sutures on the layers.
