Abstract

Inventia se refera la convertizoarele bilaterale ale energiei solare in energie electrica si la procedeele de fabricare a acestora. Celula solara bilaterala consta din material semiconductor de baza,doua jonctiuni, formate pe partile frontala si dorsala, si grile metalice de contact. Jonctiunile formate sunt izotipice in raport cu materialul semiconductor de baza. Procedeul de fabricare a celulei solare bilaterale include formarea a doua jonctiuni pe partile frontala si dorsala ale materialului semiconductor de baza si a grilelor metalice de contact. Jonctiunea frontala este formata ca o structura de tip semiconductor-izolator-semiconductorprin metoda de pulverizare pirolitica a solutiei chimice. Structura jonctiunii frontale poate fi nSi-iSiO2-n+ITO, iar in calitate de solutie chimica poate fi utilizata compozitia formata din 1M InCl3:1M SnCl4:C2H5OH in proportie de 9:1:10.
