Abstract

Inventia se refera la controlul nedistructiv al calitatii materialelor prin procedee acustice, in special la procedeele de etalonare a tensometrelor acustice, care pot fi folosite pentru determinareatensiunilor la modificarea temperaturii obiectului supus controlului, de exemplu a sinelor de cale ferata. Procedeul de etalonare a tensometrului acustic consta in aceea ca se excita undele ultrasonore in mostra obiectului, care se propaga in mediul elastic pretensionat, se masoara parametrii de informare ai acestor unde si pe baza datelor obtinute se determina valorile tensiunilor ce apar in mostra obiectului, in dependenta de marimea valorilor carora se efectueaza etalonarea tensometrului acustic, comparand indicatiile utilajului de masuratcu indicatiile tensometrului supus etalonarii. Noutatea consta in aceea ca se masoara pe baza fixa timpul de propagare a undelor ultrasonore si temperatura mostrei obiectului, se modifica temperaturamostrei obiectului, se masoara repetat parametriimentionati si se determina valoarea solicitarilorde temperatura Sigma T, care apar in mostra obiectului la diferite temperaturi in interiorul intervalului supus incercarii, conform ecuatiei:totodataetalonarea tensometrului acustic se efectueaza comparand valoarea calculata Sigma T cu indicatiile tensometrului supus etalonarii cu corectarea lui ulterioara.
