Abstract

Invenţia se referă la optoelectronică, în special la microlasere aleatorii, care pot fi utilizate în spectroscopie, diagnostica medicală, producerea display-urilor etc.Procedeul de obţinere a microlaserului aleatoriu constă în doparea unui templat semiconductor poros prin piroliza compuşilor precursori ai elementelor de pământuri rare sau metale de tranziţie cu oxidarea simultană a lui. Pentru aceasta templatul se impregnează cu o soluţie apoasă a precursorilor menţionaţi, după care el este supus unui tratament termic timp de o oră la o temperatură de până la 1200°C, într-o atmosferă formată din gaz inert cu adaos de oxigen.
