Abstract
Inventia se refera la optoelectronica, in special la microlasere aleatorii, care pot fi utilizatein spectroscopie, diagnostica medicala, producerea display-urilor etc. Procedeul de obtinere a microlaserului aleatoriu consta in doparea unui templat semiconductor poros prin piroliza compusilor precursori ai elementelor de pamanturi rare sau metale de tranzitie cu oxidarea simultana a lui. Pentruaceasta templatul se impregneaza cu o solutie apoasa a precursorilor mentionati, dupa care el este supus unui tratament termic timp de o ora la o temperatura de pana la 1200°C, intr-o atmosfera formata din gaz inert cu adaos de oxigen.
