Abstract

Invenţia se referă la un purtător de informaţie foto- şi electronostructurabil pentru înregistrarea imaginilor holografice, care poate fi utilizat în foto- şi electrografie, opto- şi microelectronică.Purtătorul de informaţie foto- şi electronostructurabil constă dintr-un suport optic transparent şi un strat fotosensibil care include o compoziţie de copolimer: N-vinilcarbazol, o alchenă superioară (1-octenă sau 1-hexadecenă) şi opţional N-vinilpirolidonă, precum şi 8…10% de triiodometan, în următorul raport al monomerilor, % mol:Rezultatul constă în majorarea fotosensibilităţii, eficacităţii de difracţie şi ameliorarea proprietăţilor optice ale purtătorului de informaţie.
