Abstract

Изобретение относится к синтезу полиоксометаллатных комплексных соединений обладающих противоопухолевой активностью.Сущность изобретения заключается в синтезе полиоксометаллатных комплексных соединений, формулы:[N(CH3)4]5+n[Se2W19-nV3+nO71]·mH2O, где n = 0 или 2, m = 12 или 17, где атомы селена (IV) являются центральными.Результат изобретения состоит в синтезе полиоксометаллатных комплексных соединений обладающих 85…92% ингибирующим эффектом опухолевых клеток при концентрации 10…100 µМ.
