Abstract
Изобретение относится к биотехнологии, в частности к получению целлюлазо-амилазного комплекса, который может быть использован в животноводстве в качестве средства для повышения ассимиляции пищевых рационов.Способ получения целлюлазо-амилазного комплекса включает глубинное культивирование штамма гриба Aspergillus niger CNMN-FD-10 на питательной среде, при следующем соотношении компонентов, г/л: свекловичный жом - 10,0; крахмал - 10,0; пшеничные отруби - 20,0; KH2PO4 - 1,0; CaCl2 · 2H2O - 0,1; MgSO4 · 7H2O - 0,3; NaNO3 - 2,5; вода до 1,0 л, при pH 6,0, в течение 168 часов, после культивирования культуральную жидкость отделяют от биомассы фильтрацией или центрифугированием, целлюлазо-амилазный комплекс отделяют из культурального фильтрата путем осаждения этиловым ректификованным спиртом и центрифугируют.
