Abstract
Изобретение относится к биотехнологии, в частности к способу экстракции фикоцианина из биомассы водоросли Spirulina platensis для использования в качестве красителя с антиоксидантными свойствами.Способ, согласно изобретению, включает: деминерализацию биомассы, суспензирование в дистиллированной воде, разрушение клеток путём 2-кратного замораживания-оттаивания, экстракцию суспензии перемешиванием с 10…20% спиртовым раствором, который содержит CaCl2 в концентрации 5…10 g/l и разделение экстракта центрифугированием.
