Abstract
Изобретение относится к биотехнологии, а именно к глубинному культивированию штамма грибов Lentinus edodes (Berk.) Sing. CNMN-FB-01, производителя биомассы, которая может быть использована для получения лекарственных препаратов с лечебными и нутрацевтическими сойствами.Способ глубинного культивирования штамма грибов Lentinus edodes (Berk.) Sing. CNMN-FB-01 предусматривает инокуляцию семенного материала в количестве 10% об./об. в питательную среду, которая содержит, г/л: NH4NO3 0,20, KH2PO4 1,30, MgSO4·7H2O 0,35, трис(2,6-диметил пиридиндикарбоксилат-1kONO)-ди-µ-(изотиоцианато-1,2kN)-(диизоцианато-2kN)барий(II)кобальт(II) 0,005-0,015, пивное сусло 5°Баллинга остальное, и культивирование при непрерывном перемешивании при температуре 28-30°Cв течение 144 часов.Технический результат изобретения состоит в сокращении продолжительности культивирования на 48 часов и повышении производства биомассы.
