Abstract

Inventia se refera la insamantarea artificiala a animalelor, in special la mediile pentru decongelarea spermei animalelor, si anume a celei de taur. Esenta inventiei consta in includerea in componenta mediului in calitate de sistem activant al sulfatului de fier bivalent si al acidului ascorbinic in urmatorul raport al ingredientelor, pr citrat de sodiu 2,9 sulfat de fier bivalent 0,03 acid ascorbinic 0,09 apa bidistilata restul. Decongelarea spermei in mediul elaborat a contribuit la majorarea mobilitatii si a capacitatii de fecundatie a gametilor de taur cu 25% si 7%, respectiv. Rezultatul tehnic consta in pastrarea mobilitatii si capacitatii de fecundatie a gametilor de taur dupa decongelare.
