The invention relates to the animal artificial insemination field, particularly, to the animal sperm decongelation media, mainly the bull.The summary of the invention consists in the introduction into the medium composition, as an activating system, of the sulfuric iron and ascorbic acids by the following ingredients ratio, mass %:The decongelation of the sperm into the cultivated medium contributes to the mobility and gamete fecundation ability increasing accordingly with 25 and 7%.The technical result of the invention consists in increasing the mobility and fecundation ability of the bulls spermatozoa after the deconservation.
