Abstract

The invention relates to biotechnology and may be applied for quantitative determination of the selenium within the organic substrata when receiving some of the albumens and other biological active substances, comprising selenium. The summary of the invention consists in the fact, that the proposed method for the selenium determination (IV) comprising acidic decomposition of the organic substratum, the leading of the pH mineral solution to 2,5-3,0, the separation of the selenium (IV) and its converting into the coloured complex combination with the application of the p-pa dithizone into CCl4 with the subsequent spectrophotometication of the solution, wherein pH mineral solution is stabilized by means of 0,1 M buffer solution citric acid - citric acid natrium, but the dithizone solution into CCl4 is stabilized by adding 0,2% ionol. The technical result of the invention consists in increasing the selenium separation degree from the present in the medium cations.
